License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital products, source code, components, templates, and related materials (“Product” or “Products”) provided by Eleventex (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Eleventex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for your own internal or commercial projects, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This is a license, not a sale. Eleventex retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the Product in your own projects or client projects
Modify the Product to fit your needs
Integrate the Product into applications, websites, or systems

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product as a standalone item
Make the Product available for download to third parties
Sell, license, or distribute the Product as part of a competing product or marketplace
Claim the Product as your own original work
Remove or alter copyright notices included in the Product

4. Source Code Disclosure

Our Products may include readable source code and are delivered without digital rights management (DRM), licensing keys, or copy-protection mechanisms.

By downloading the Product, you acknowledge that:

Full access to the code is granted at delivery
Refunds are not available once the Product has been downloaded
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Eleventex.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Product or any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

Eleventex may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and delete all copies in your possession or control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Eleventex does not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleventex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.

9. Updates & Support

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Product updates are not guaranteed
Support is not included with the license and may be offered separately

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will apply to future purchases and downloads.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eleventex operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
