Magento 2 Extensions: Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Salesforce Components: Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase only if the digital product has not been downloaded. Once a Salesforce component has been downloaded, the refund request will be rejected. This is because our digital products provide immediate access to source code and files, which are delivered without additional copy-protection or licensing restrictions. After download, the content is considered fully delivered and cannot be returned.
Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day period. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
